BOO KILLEBREW attended Boston University’s School of Theatre Arts and upon graduating received the Bette Davis Foundation Award for Acting and Professional Promise. In April 2006, CollaborationTown presented Boo’s They’re Just Like Us, which was nominated for four New York Innovative Theatre Awards, and was chosen for publication by the New York Theatre Experience in their anthology Plays and Playwrights 2007. Boo has appeared regionally at the Huntington Theatre, the Kennedy Center, and the Vineyard Playhouse, was nominated for a New York Innovative Theatre Award for Outstanding Actress in a Lead Role for her performance in CollaborationTown’s The Astronomer’s Triangle (2005) and received a New York Fringe Festival Excellence Award for her performance in CollaborationTown’s This is a Newspaper (2003). Boo was last seen in CollaborationTown’s FringeNYC production of The Deepest Play Ever: The Catharsis of Pathos.
